What methods of payment do you accept online?
We accept PayPal, Visa, or MasterCard.
Can I change my order if an error has been made?
Contact us immediately if you have made a mistake at email@example.com Once your order has been shipped it is not possible to make changes.
Once I’ve purchased the order, how long will it take to be shipped?
We will ship your Rain Natural Skincare order within 5 business days. We will contact you if any circumstances come about that would delay your order. You will also receive an email stating that your order has been shipped.
Is local pick-up available?
Yes, local pick-up OR local delivery is available. You will receive an email when your order has been fulfilled and is ready for pick-up/delivery. At which time, we can either make arrangements to meet for a pick-up, or I can do a local delivery to your door.
Where do I pick-up my order?
At this time, there is no official pick-up location for orders. Instead, we can arrange to meet, or I can deliver. I do my local deliveries every Friday morning and can deliver or meet with you then. If your order is urgent, we can arrange to meet/deliver at a sooner time, if necessary.

Do you offer international shipping?
We currently just ship within Canada, however, we are hoping to expand that in the future!
What if I don’t receive my package?
In the rare case that your package does not arrive after 2-weeks, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. These situations will be reviewed case-by-case.

We are very conscious to offer our clients detailed descriptions of our products. We also provide full disclosure of ingredients and the ritual for the proper use of each product. If you happen to experience a reaction to our skincare (as all skin is unique and reacts differently to various ingredients) you have 30 DAYS for a full refund or exchange, with proof of purchase (receipt), excludes sample/trial sizes. If purchased from our online store, Rain Natural Skincare is not responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. If purchased from one of our stockists, the product must be returned to them for refund or exchange.
We take special care to ensure our products are carefully protected and packaged before shipping. In the rare case that something arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to replace or refund your original purchase within 7-days of delivery. Please send us a detailed note and one image of the damaged or defective product to firstname.lastname@example.org. No returns or refunds will be permitted after the 7-day delivery date.
