How To Use:
- Include dry facial brushing daily after cleansing in your evening skincare routine or as the first step in your morning skincare routine to awaken and energize the skin.
- Starting at the neck, brush with light downward strokes to open up and stimulate lymphatic drainage. Work your way up the face with short, light strokes moving from the centre to the side of your face to your hairline. Spend a little extra time wherever you may have congestion or puffiness. Finish with long upward strokes from the neck up the face to loosen any dead skin cells.
- Always use light strokes, you’re not trying to scrub off your skin, but gently moving the blood and lymphatic fluid just under the skin.
- Dry facial brushing helps your skin to more efficiently take in your skincare products. Follow up with a toner, serum and face cream.
